Founded in 1965 and based in Fresno, James G. Palmer Appraisals Inc. serves a myriad of clients providing appraisal, consultation and valuation services throughout the State of California from Sacramento to Bakersfield and from the mountains to the central coast and beyond. Jim Palmer, his son Gregg and grandson Josh pride themselves on offering independent, specialized appraisal services, tailored to their client's individual needs. (Our committed and knowledgeable office staff has been with us for more than 20 years.) Jim and Gregg both hold general certifications from the State of California since the licensing program began. Both hold MAI designations, the highest professional designations offered through the Appraisal Institute Jim also holds the SR/WA designation from the International Right of Way Association and the ASA designation from the American Society of Appraisers.
