Young At Heart is a community-based adult day health care organization that serves senior citizens with physical and mental impairments. The center maintains a more than 10,000-square-foot facility that includes a physical therapy, multipurpose and dining rooms. It provides professional support for caregivers, including seminars and classes in nutrition and medication. Young At Heart offers a range of psychiatric and psychological services, including consulting, assessment and supervision of treatment. The center provides nursing and medical services and recreational and social activities. It additionally offers nutritional counseling and rehabilitative services. It is licensed by the State of California as an Adult Day Health Care Facility. Young At Heart is located in Fresno, Calif.
