Very friendly and answer all you questions. They make you feel comfortable before the procedure. By the second visit my pain was a lot more manageable.

I got a whiplash in my neck in Nov. 2010 because of a car accident and my pain was so severe I stopped being active. Then I saw Dr. Grandhe in 2011 and started my treatment of steroid injections with him, which has helped me tremendously. I love Dr Grandhe, my pain doctor. He's a happy, effective anesthesiologist. I get no narcotics. The epidural for my rib pain took me from 8 to 2-3 in the pain scale. He's addressing my sciatic pain. The first injection made a big difference. I'll get a booster injection right before I head out to Orland with friends. I feared standing at Epcot, Disney World, Jungle Adventures, Sea World, Cape Canaveral, etc, but feel confident I can do it now. I take Arthotec (NSAID that doesn't mess up your stomach), use E-STIM and a topical. I'm weaning off those epilepsy and psychotropic meds that have a secondary pain reduction effect. Just too many pills!
