  Dr. Chia Chih Yeh-To has been Board Certified in family medicine since 2003 and has practiced dermatology since 2008. Dr. Yeh-To attended Baylor University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She then completed her Medical Doctorate at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Yeh-To completed a Dermatology Preceptorship and worked with West Dermatology from 2008 until 2015, when she joined Dr. Behr’s practice.

  Diana has been a licensed Aesthetician since 2009 and specializes in results-oriented skincare and wellness. Her career as a Medical Aesthetician began working in Medical Spa’s and Dermatology where she worked for 10 years until starting at Behr Laser. In 2001, Diana became a Certified Medical Assistant where she had the opportunity to utilize her skills in Urgent Care, Dermatology, Internal Medicine, and Family Practice. Patient care and skin care have been a significant part of her life.

  Dr. Rohini Shantharam is a board-certified dermatologist. Raised in Fresno, she left the Central Valley to complete her undergraduate studies at Virginia Commonwealth University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and Student of the Year. She attended medical school at the Medical College of Virginia and completed an internal medicine internship at Stony Brook University Hospital in New York. Dr. Shantharam stayed in New York to complete her dermatology training at Northwell Health (Hofstra School of Medicine) where she served as chief resident of her training program and founder of the cosmetic clinic.

  Jenelle Osterloh graduated from Fresno City College with her nursing degree in 1992. She worked at Children’s Hospital of Central California from 1991 until 2006 as a Registered Nurse. Jenelle began working for Dr. Behr in 2006 where she received advanced training in laser treatments and Ultherapy. Jenelle also assists Dr. Behr with MOHS surgery and cosmetic procedures.

  Marissa has been practicing dermatology with Dr. Behr since 2008. She possesses extensive knowledge in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Marissa attends many educational conferences every year to keep up on the latest medical advancements.
