We had a provider who was attempting to charge us for something which Advantek already agreed to pay. Ashley was awesome! First, she verified that the payment had been approved and already been made. But then what was really impressive was that when the provider still tried to charge us for a portion, she took the initiative to call the provider directly, resolved the issue, and then came back on the phone to explain. Very nice work!
