I have paid for service and it had been over a month and no one has picked up trash ive called 4 times now and they promise it will be picked up the next time and it never is this is rediculous what happened to customers first!

We had this company for 8 years. For 7 years we had to take our trash can to the end of the lane for them to pick up. Plus they raised our rates ALL the time with no notice. After 7 years I finally priced around and found out they were charging us $30 more than the competition!! I called and they quickly matched it so we wouldn't leave and said they'd come down our lane to come pick up our trash. However, that price match they promised only stayed for one 3 month period and continued to raise with no notice. Plus, even though they would come down our lane, repeatedly they came and got our trash where we put it and then threw our can in our ditch at the end of our lane! Even after complaining it still happened. We finally had enough and moved to S2 and couldn't be happier. S2 is a much more customer focused and cost effective company!!

Excellent trash and recycling service. Pick up extra around can when they come. Will come to the door if you forget to put the can out.

company has missed trash collection 2 times on the day they are supposed to since taking over stan and sons.
