Nice experience at Applebees in Fremont NE. I had a minor issue with my meal and both the owner and the manager came to our table explained the situation and appoligized. Then "compted" my meal. Top notch service! Will go back soon!

My husband took me out to dinner at Applebees last night for my birthday. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri since I don't really care for margaritas. The waitress told me you didn't have daiquiri's which kind of surprised me but went with the margarita against my better judgment. Before you know it another waitress comes by carrying a strawberry daiquiri. I then got the attention of our waitress and pointed that out to her. She said she was kind of new and didnt know that. She never asked how my margarita was, never offered to exchange for a daiquiri. She smiled and left. Needless to say I was not very happy and thought that was pretty poor service as she apparently didn't even ask if you had daiquiri's when she placed our drink order just to be sure of her answer. When we get our bill, not only are your drink prices right up there but I got charged 50 cents extra for it being a strawberry margarita totalling over $7 for a drink I didn't really want or care for. Poor service.
