Anubis is NOT a pawnshop. There's no retail operation at all, just a line of poor people in very a narrow passageway leading to an armored booth to sell their gold. Anubis is a sad place where people line up to sell anything made of gold or silver for the value of the metal. I have an inherited Southwest Indian silver and turquoise ring I wanted to pawn until payday. I was offered $6.00 -- the supposed value of the silver, but not for pawning the ring, but for selling it. I kept the ring, Anubis kept its $6.00. I won't return to this depressing place.
