OMG the worst place I have ever been. Customer service was crappy. The korean man who was doing my nails didn't speak but 5 words in English. He was on his cell phone most of the appointment speaking korean. He turned a heater on me half the appointment. I was dying of heat. Very rude and didn't feel welcome at all. He kept yanking my hands where he wanted them. Over all the worst place ever. Help I need a good nail salon in Freeport IL. Perferably someone who speaks english.......
