Can’t say enough about Kristen Reiter DVM co-owner of Useless Bay Animal Clinic. She is extremely conscientious when treating your pet. Very easy to talk too and makes sure that you know your options when addressing your pet’s issue. We brought our soon to be 3 year old Labrador into the office and Kristen’s whole team was super friendly and attentive to our questions and concerns. We did not feel rushed when Kristen examined our pet. After the exam, she explained our options and what she thought was the most reasonable from both a medical and financial standpoint. She followed up over the next several day to make sure our Labrador was getting better. I really appreciated that, since she made some adjustments to what we should be doing. We are so impressed with Kristen, that I would highly recommend her to treat your pet. We will become a lifelong patient because of this experience!
