We placed our two small dogs at the kennel on Sat. & picked them up on Sun. at the designated times allowed. We were charged for two days. When I called for pricing and explained we would be gone one night only, I was told that the first dog would be $14 and the second $10.50. Nothing was said on the phone that we would charged two days because they only allow people to pick up on Sunday between 6 pm - 8 pm. This forces people to leave their pets for an extra day. Looks like bait and switch pricing. Food-wise, due to bad weather pending, we took three cans of food & half a small bag of dry food. In case we got stranded out of town. We picked up one can of food and half of the dry food. The food was wasted or not returned. At drop off, I saw where the dogs were located. NONE of the dogs in the cages had bedding or toys, or dishes. They stand or lay on bare cement until beds arrive at night. Our dogs were exhausted and very thirsty when we got home. Very disappointed in this place.

Great facility. Very nice building with a little door that opens to let our dog go in and out. Smells and looks neat and clean. Daily play times... Our timid dog loves it there.



Staff is very friendly and professional. It's always good when you go to a place often and always see the same smiling faces. They must be good to their staff.



The groomer is hands down, my favorite. She just does a great job. Our dog comes in with matting from her harness everytime we bring her in. She gives her a great cut and sends her back cute as pie. I know she must be gentle because our little dog is very timid and still loves it there.

my complaint about this place is the constant barking, and i worry that my dog doesn't get any sleep, but everything else seems to be ok

Just picked up my two dogs. They were very happy and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A very clean facility and it doesnt even smell like a kennel. My dogs loved their Christmas treats. Thanks for taking such good care of my dogs.

We left our two elderly dogs there for three nights with their own bedding and food. When we picked them up, some of the bedding was missing. The explanation was that that one of them had diarrhea and the bedding couldn't be washed. Fine. However, it turned out the golden lab was also covered with it but it blended in with her fur. Talk about a mess in the car when we got home. Wrote a letter of complaint, but got no response.
