I saw Richa Ranade for 15 visits between December 2021 and February 2022. She treated me for neck issues - which at that time were incredibly painful. There was a lot of stiffness in my cervical spine. Today as I write this after not being there for almost two months, my pain is minimal - 2 maybe on a scale of 10. I haven't taken pain medication in weeks. I continue to do the exercises that Richa, Anthony, and Steven skillfully and patiently guided me through. And of course, one or the other PTs always stepped in happily and helpfully. I have nothing but the highest praise for all that they did for me with their professionalism, skill and more than anything their very personable manners. Richa could be intimidating, but quickly you learn she is a sweetheart and her bedside manner is unbelievable. She sets realistic expectations for care and keeps you on track.
Richa addressed everything I spoke about & hit every spot that hurt and made me feel better. All I can say about Richa is she is excellent, super . I feel so much better.
