I wouldn't even give this place a one star. I have been a loyal customer since past 2 years but recently I have had many problems with this place. First they gave me someone elses clothes. Second time they damange a shirt. Third time I paid $18 for wiinter coat to dry clear and have spot removed from inside. It came uncleaned from inside. I told the owner about it and her response was that she forgot to clean inside. I would think that if you give your closes tobe cleaned that it wold be inside as well. Forth time, they lost a shirt. All this happended within 2 months. I spoke to the owner about this every time and she was very rude and screaming at me instead of being calm and fixing the problem. I gave this place lots of business ( about $150/month) but they don't take care of their cutomers. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been going to this place since I moved out here from NY. I have had problems with them every 2-3 times I have went in. It had started with them charging me to fix a zipper on my jeans. After I took them out to wear for the first time after, I noticed the zipper was still broken. I then had taken a FOOTBALL jersey to have a stain removed and the jersey was ruined. They proceeded to ask me if I brought it in that way. It took a few weeks to come to a resolution. When we finally did, I was lied to about the customer ordering me a replacement jersey from the manufactured website,I was also told it would be coming directly to my home. I had to go and pick it up from the cleaners. Thinking that everything was ok now, the jersey was the wrong size from the origional. I was happy to get back my jersey but after going thru 6 weeks of lies and running around, I would never go back or recommend this cleaners to anyone. They are very deceitful.
