I recently moved here and had a dog emergency. The vet saw him within a few hours. The staff are all kind, honest, and very knowledgeable. Two days later, they took me in again as a walk-in with no appointment. I cant say enough nice things on how much they have gone out of their way to help my family this week. I will be going back there for all my veterinary needs.
To 'Lynn" with the 1 star rating. No one person is perfect, not even you. Vets are people and so are their assistants. Anytime somebody makes a mistake it does affect other people and that is unfortunate. Although, if you have been a client of theirs for over 10 years it isn't because they are inadequate or don't do their jobs. You've stayed with them for a reason, now all of a sudden you feel people should "beware!!" because your pet died due to delayed treatment. But really, delayed on whose part? I highly doubt it was because your calls to Clover Farm were unsuccessful. If your pet was that bad and Clover Farm was booked up, an immediate call to another vet would have sufficed. If my pet is extremely ill, i will not wait for something to become available, I will take him to whomever I can find that has availability. Facts are facts, and while "lost records" and a "booked schedule" aren't what you were looking for when you called Clover Farm, you had the option to look elsewhere.
We have been seeing Dr. Duel for our pet care for over 15 years. He does excellent reptile care! (as well as any other animal care) He's also a very compassionate person as well as a very educated vet. We had to put our dog to sleep and he was so accommodating and explained everything to us so well. He was so compassionate and understanding as I was crying in his office because I felt so bad to loose our sweet dog. It was the right thing to do for our beloved dog and I am so glad to have Dr. Duel. He was very clear with all of our options and made us feel like he actually cared rather than it just being another day at the office like some vets do. His staff is also amazing! Those girls were sweet as can be, handing me tissues to wipe my constant flow of tears and also being so compassionate. Thank you for the care and love we got in just that one visit. Not to mention making us feel like being a veterinarian isn't just a job to you, it's something that you love and excel in.

I was so shocked when I read the other 1 star review. I have been going to Clover farms to for nearly 8 years, and I honestly can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Duel and his staff. They all know you by name, and are so helpful and sympathetic. Yes they can be busy at times, but i think it is because everyone loves them and they try not to turn people away. We've had several sick animals over the years, and each and every time they were patient, understanding, and are just a pleasure to go to when you need them. I truely trust Clover farms, and I hope I never have to find a new vet to go to!

I was a client for more then 10 years. My dog became very ill & was dying but Clover Farm told me to take him else where because they were triple booked. When you really truly need them, they are too busy for you! Not to mention they had records for ever animal I have ever owned accept for "this dog & his brother". The dog died due to delayed treatment. The dogs were 4 years of age, had never seen any vet other then Clover Farm, and they had (NO RECORDS) on them! Beware !!!!
