have been using Rick Carney Irrigation for 13 years. Unsure of the confusion possibly due to them moving locations however they are indeed still in Business. We use this company for any service work and all spring start ups & winterizations. Every technician that has been out to our property has been nice and professional. They take the time to answer any questions we may have regarding recommendations for coverage, etc. We added a deck onto the house and adjustments need to be made to the sprinkler system as far as having to reroute some piping in which they were reasonable with pricing. We've only had (1) emergency visit needed in which we contacted Rick Carney and he sent someone out the very same day. They even written an letter for us to submit to the county in regards to an adjustment on our water bill. Time frames are given for each appointment that is needed however the girls in the office are accommodating when it comes to needing a call ahead or to work around our schedule. Overall I have not had any issues with Rick Carney Irrigation. We will continue to use them for our sprinkler system services and will highly recommend them to anyone!

Not happy. What was agreed upon is not what was done.

One of the best irrigation companys around. I was especially impressed that owner Rick Carney contacted me personally to make sure we were satisfied and help clear up a issue with our system caused by a power falure.

Set up an appointment to have some backflow work done. They we suppose t show on a Friday between 1 and 6PM. Took a half day of leave waiting for them. They called late in the afternoon to reschedule because of a storm that lasted about an hour. Then they did not show until 1PM the next day. I waited around a total of 12 hours for them to show up. Plus the repairman acted shocked and then got angry that I was upset about waiting forever for them to show. I could not recommend this company. Very Poor customer service.
