These guys have been our computer support for almost ten years and have always done a great job for us. They are typically very fast to respond to our issues and resolve them quickly. There have been a couple times we had issues and they were closed. So, we left a message in the emergency support line and they called back shortly and were working on the problem. There have been a couple times where we had problems with the equipment we purchased from them and they went above and beyond to make it right. The owner Tim is very good technically, very professional and courteous. The lead tech Scott is very smart and always finds the issues quickly or a work around. If Scott cant fix it then nobody can! I feel that they are always looking out for our best interest in dealing with our technology and other vendors. They make good recommendations that save us time and money. I feel like they are part of our team and not just a vendor.
