I first started going to MasterCuts AFTER I got a botched up haircut from a lady that worked at Creative Edge (She no longer works there due to doing drugs at work!) I paid $120 for a horrible haircut. All I wanted was an asymmetrical haircut and shave on the side of my head. I even brought in a photo to show this woman and she still messed my hair up. My friend referred me to Sam. Sam fixed it right up and gave me a discount because she felt bad that I had to pay more money to have my hair done again. I gave her a $20 tip. Sam is absolutely wonderful before she cuts anything off she says is this much okay? She always makes sure that you're sure that is what you want. She is so kind and sweet. I HIGHLY recommend her! She's great at what she does! She's also great at coloring hair! Sam at MastCuts is the best one there!!!!! (:

I took my 5 y/o daughter here. I wanted to do something different for her hair. She has very thin hair- and once it gets longer it looks stringy- so I went here to get it cut. I figured I would go short for her. So, I found a picture in one of the books- and said I wanted her hair to look similar to that. Well, the lady messed it up BAD!!!! I wish I had gotten her name- but I didn't. I knew it would be a bit shorter than I planned on but OMG- a few days later you can tell just how poor of a job they did. The cut above her ear (on the right side) higher than the other side. She looks like a boy. She has had several children ask her if she's a boy or a girl. (even in a PINK dress)

Please, keep your children far far away!!!! I called and spoke to Tiffany (a mngr) and told her what had happened and all she really had to say is "would you like to bring her in to even it up" Like I would return there to get it jacked up even more. No Sorry or anything!!!
