I called and someone showed up within 2 hours and the gentleman that showed up was so kind and helpful. He came even though the family is in the middle of losing a loved one and they are so backed up because of the rainfall. They deserve a 10 in my book! We have used Marshall's septic previously and they have always been great.

I called this morning to have my tank pumped, they were here in less than 2 hours. Best thing was the young man James that came to pump out my tank. He uncovered a pipe that was leaking and gave me a referral to have it fixed. I am a senior citizen with a disabled husband, this young man took his time and went above and beyond. Marshall's you are lucky to have such a fine young man. I have used Marshall's since the 70's and will continue to do so for years to come, and would not hesitate to refer them to my family and friends, keep up the good work!!

Had a very good experience with Marshall's. The operator used a steel rod to locate the tank cap (we didn't have a riser over it, initially), then had to dig down about 3 feet to get to it (& he didn't charge us for that). He got it exactly right the first time, so the hole size was minimal. Also, he was very friendly and knowledgeable on the subject. Overall, we got excellent service from Marshall's.

We called marshalls when we had sewage back up in our basement. The pumper was not only 5 hours later than he said he would be, he was also very gruff and unsociable. While we had a few questions he didnt seem to know many answers concerning how our septic system worked as we have a pump. The price was reasonable but the service wasnt what we were expecting when advestising so much experience. Would not call again.
