Horrible. My daughter went there to get a simple trim, asked for a 2 inch trim, the woman took off 3, when she got home one side was easily 2 inches shorter than the other and all together missed an entire section of her hair!?! She had to go back to have it evened up which required another inch taken off. The woman apologized and said she should have checked that it was even before she left....what the hell?!? Didn't even offer to reimburse her for the basic cut. She came home the 2nd time and ITS STILL CROOKED!I took a picture after the 2nd cut but this site won't let me post it.

They said it would be a 20 minute wait for my haircut. Sat there for almost a good hour and reminded myself why I was being patient after the 45 minute mark. Plus the "self acclaimed" managers were babbling off. It's nice to have conservations and getting along and knowing your customers, but the productivity/talking ratio was unbalanced. If I were to be reminded that my haircut would be delayed by a unsuspected appointment, then I would understand and left. I'm sure they're great at what they do and they're friendly, but this is my experience and ill just go to my local barber next time.

I am a convert from BUBBLES. The Stylists at this Hair Cuttery are professional, efficient and GOOD! It is nice to get a great hair cut at a very reasonable price. Their courtesy and personalized service are much appreciated!
