Established in 2021, The Edwards Law Firm provides comprehensive services primarily related to real estate and estate planning. With regards to real estate, we assist with everything but evictions/foreclosures. For estate planning, we have a streamlined system to get your living will and revocable trust set up. The office is located in the heart of Fredericksburg, VA Historic District, situated right next to City Hall and George Washington’s Masonic Lodge. Our motto is “first class service” and derives from the meaning of the name “Edwards” which is “Guardian of Prosperity,” a namesake taken seriously.
