I will never go anywhere else! It's such a fun, friendly, and relaxed environment. I used to live 10 minutes away then we recently moved over an hour away. I STILL go there for everything. I don't care where I live, THIS is MY salon!!!!!

Seriously can't even put into words how much I love this salon. It's quaint, and professional, and fun and laid back. The staff aren't overly concerned with putting on a show and trying to impress people with dress codes and silly uniforms-they're there to pamper to you. They all work together, are so easy to set up appointments with, and are flexible with operation hours. I'd recommend people from any distance to Dixie just so you can come see Lauren and let her work her magic... and then I'd go enjoy a cupcake from Colonial Cupcake which is only a few blocks away... it's like the perfect day of sweet and sassy!!!

I love Dixies, lauren and Kristin are awesome...as are all the ladies! Great color - great style and a great owner to stand behind her stylists and clients! Pluse how can you go wrong downtown...get your hair done, go shopping and have a glass of wine!

Dixie's Hair Studio is the best hair salon in Fredericksburg, hands down! I have tried out several salons in this area and none compare to Dixie's. The staff is courteous, friendly and always have a smile on their face. My stylist is Lauren and she has worked wonders on my hair! I always leave happy!
