Custom Design Htg & AC gets five stars! You cant stop a Trane! The Trane was still providing AC in the 98 degree summer heat; it was just making a bug-sapper, sparking noise when the AC kicked in. Custom Design initially installed my two heat pumps in 1985 when my home was built. One unit gave up in 2000 and they installed a new one at a very reasonable price. The second unit finally needed a few repairs over the years and when I inquired about replacing it they advised me against and recommended just getting it fixed. It finally had to be replaced in 2010 and I, once again, found the price very reasonable. The service is excellent, the mechanics are personable, neat, and clean. If you have a problem they will fix it and not try to sell you a whole new unit. Custom Design is in one word 'Professional'. They've earned my business.
