Took my son for a foot injury. They had radiology on site, his foot was not fractured but they gave him a walking boot and send him home. I am very pleased with the staff, my family will be switching over to establish them as our primary care providers.

Most of the staff is bilingual. They stay busy for a reason, very good doctors and nurses. I love that they are open during the weekend, and I can have my bloodwork done in the same place, so convenient. Highly recommended!

Saved me a trip to the ER. Yes they have an average wait time of 1 hr, but that is nothing compared to the time and money you will save compared to going to the ER. Efficient, smart providers.

Our family has gone to PUC for 15 years, have been seen at all three locations, by probably every caregiver they employ. Like any Urgent Care, if you are a walk in you have to expect a possibly unnerving wait time, that seems even longer if your sick. I figure if the place was terrible, I would be the only one there, but PUC isn't. Also, like any multiple physcians office we have some we really like and a few that aren't our favorite, but they all do their best to serve our needs. I have a chronic illness , so if my problem relates to that I make an appointment with the doctor most familiar with my treatment. The staff has always been respectful, committed, competent and helpful. Their office is open 7 days a week, not may of those around, except the hospital ER. Like any business, some people are going to have a bad experience, but I would recommend PUC to anyone needing care.

Enormous wait time

We took our adult son to this location 7-7-2014 .the doctor never looked at the problem .He said he would call and set a appointment up for a ultrasound .My husband took our son to the hospital on the 8th .My son called several time to get the results .He was told someone would call him back in an hour .No one called .he was told to call the hospital , the hospital told him to call the clinic .On 7-17'2014.I went by the clinic .I was told that she just git the results and she would have the doctor there to look at them .I am very disappointed in the service , the doctor and the way we were treated on this matter .I would never go back there or take a family to this location .or recommend this location

Beware Anthem HealthKeepers. I went there to get some health forms filled out and ask some health questions. The receptionist (not warm or friendly at all) told me I had to pay my deductible up front to even see the doctor. I have a copay fee and I feel that they should file with insurance first, but from what I understand this type of practice is legal. I was not seen by the doctor because I walked out. I will never go there again.

I found them to be compassionate and caring.

Arrived at 7:55. Office hour to open is 8:00. Person who opened office arrived at 8:15. Myself and three others were waiting. Very disappointed that I had to wait. Someone dependable should be responsible for opening office on time. After this visit; will not be returning. This visit was follow-up and blood work.

I see dr. Alexander and so far I have been extremely pleased with the care she has given me. She listens and doesnt try to rush through the appointments. As far as the other two reviews...Doctors don't answer calls so it was most likely a medical assistant or receptionist, you can't blame them for not knowing the answer to something, the doctors could have been busg and don't normally take calls unless a message is left and even then depending on the issue won't give it over the phone due to HIPAA. The wait times, remember this is an urgent care as well as a regular doctors office and they have to treat emergencies first. The doctors could be taking their time with their patients to make sure treatment is the right kind. Me personally would rather wait and have the time I need with my doctor vs be seen on time and have a rushed appointment.

When they first opened, the care was great, it is now officially horrible, you wait forever, then they leave you sitting in the room for over an hour, before the doctor even comes in. My last visit for sure 1

Called to get information and the doctor answered and i was put on hold for 10 minutes .Called back and there wasn't any receptionist to help with any info ,the doct answered again and couldn't find anyone to help me . What kind of health care is this!! Going elsewhere!!
