      I have been a member for around 12 years. Gym facility and equipments: good but not consistent in all gyms 4/5 2. Charges / month: High 2/5 3. Customer service.. first impression...OK... some are nice & some don't care 2/5 4. Customer service..if there is an issue with payment due to credit card changes..1/5 5. overall gym itself experience day to day... 4/5. 6. Best location for customer service & Manager: Midlothian Turnpike (Francine).. 5/5 7. Worst location for customer service: Swift Creek 2/5 8. Corporate office: don't even call...they don't care..you can take business elsewhere because they make so much money that one customer don't matter. Note: number 4.. they are very bad at dealing with customers if there is a situation. Instead of acting nice and letting a manager to take care of things. Number 6 (Francine listens to issue and does something about it)..Number 7 (Swift Creek managers just ignore issues).
