  I am a member or past member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, The College of the State Bar of Texas and I am currently a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas. I am currently confining my practice to primarily the plaintiffs practice handling serious injury and wrongful death only cases. I handle all types of motor vehicle, truck, motorcycle, bike, and pedestrian accidents.

  I passed the Bar exam and was admitted as a licensed Attorney to the State Bar of Texas in 1978. After practicing Law in Houston/Harris County and gaining considerable experience I married Pat Holsey and I returned to my home town in 1983 to live and raise a family and practice Law with my father, Richard "Dick" Hoerster a well known Attorney who had been practicing in Frederickeburg since 1953. I continue to be associated with my Dad who still actively practices law. My mother is Maxie Hoerster. I became Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
