UPS is worthless. They won't even give me phone number to talk to someone at the facility on English Muffin Way so I can pick the parcel up. Another reason why my company always ships FedEx or US Postal Service.

Terrible hours! If I had known this store had such crappy service I would've never shipped here. Moving from out of state and I had to send my cable/internet supplies to this awful location and after hauling all of my things to a third floor apartment all morning and they refused to stay open 5 extra minutes for me to pick up my package. Thanks UPS for leaving me without cable and Internet till it's convenient for you. Never using your business again!!!!!

Frederick UPS Changed the truck they put my delivery on, The regular driver comes aroun 1-2pm to pickup. But we have to wait until after 6pm for our delivery from another truck, how wasteful is this, sending 2 trucks. I need my delivery earlier than 6pm.;;

Frederick UPS delivery is the worst I've ever experienced. Are UPS drivers in Frederick not required to get packages to the door? Today's package is 100 feet from my house leaning agaisnt a tree. Last package was half left on the porch during a rain storm and was soaking wet. Perhaps the Frederick drivers need updated customer service training?

Lady Over the phone had an attitude from the start and was not helpful in anyway. Ridiculous
