Why is SB so successful? Becasue they value their customers thats why! The manager and staff know everyone by name...and what their favorites are...This is home base for so many of us in the Frederick community...because we feel so welcomed. Not many places offer that feeling anymore. Being here is like traveling back in time to a place where people were connected. Its a good feeling.and its pervasive at SB. I only wish other businesses would groom their employees to value their customers the way that SB does. Customers are why businesses live or die. Long live Starbucks! *Small coffee shops take note.and stop whining about the success of Starbucks. They have mastered what it takes to grow a community business.Valuing your customers. Starbucks is your model not your nemisis.
