Lacking customer service...will not be returning! I purchased a Plum District gift certificate (similar to Groupon/living social) and attempted to schedule an appt. before the expiration date. I left more than one message and finally got someone to return the call. When their limited schedule would not allow me to get in there, the owner, Laila advised that this is supposed to be a relaxing experience and that she would honor the gift cert. after the expiration date (she did not ever indicate that there would be a specific date in which she would no longer honor it.) Thinking how nice of them to do so, I tried arranging dates with a friend to join me, but again with limited scheduled spots for facials/massages, we were unable to set anything up within a month or so. I left messages again and nobody returned to call to set up an appt. I almost gave up until finally in April, I was able to get thru to a receptionist. I advised that I had these expired Plum District gift certs bu
