Highly recommended. We dealt with a different company at first when my Mom became ill and mostly bedridden. We were displeased with their service mostly due to a general lack of interest on the care giver's part. It seemed they were just passing the time doing as little as possible. We then contacted Home Instead in Frederick. They took a great deal of time matching the personality of the care giver to my Mom. The owner came out for free to evaluate my Mom's needs. He then returned with the care giver on the first day of service. We are thrilled with the dedication of both the office staff and the care giver. You can tell these people truly care about their clients and the services they provide.
