Our experience at hi lo auto was great!! Jimmy was who was our sales guy, I called down about a 2010 dodge grand caravan talked to him we set a time to meet and did everything over the phone. When we arrived there they had everything ready to go we test drive the vehicle signed papers and was out of there. Kevin the finance guy was great as well! We got out payments to what we wanted. My family just purchase our 3rd car from HI/LO.A ford ranger(5 yrs ago),4runner(3 yrs ago) and the newest a highlander(all over 100k).with the first two never any problems,the Highlander had a check engine light come on and I called them up and they said get it check out,no question ask(it had a loose emission hose and I didn't pay anything).They really stand behind there cars and I have never had to use thier 6 month/ 6000 mile warranty,but its nice knowing its there.If your are looking for a used car now you no every one else just offers a 30 day /1000 mile warranty.I will buy my 4th used come from them.

You wont find your usual pushy-salesmen type here. These people are honest and want you drive off the lot with the car that is right for you at the best possible financing, even if they have to go more than the extra mile to make it happen. I recently traded in my 2002 Grand Am for a 2007 Kia Optima LX at HiLo. This is my second purchase from HiLo (2002 Ford Taurus from the Mt Airy location). My initial contact was through emails, which was very convenient and helpful. The customer service is very friendly and willing to provide you with Carfax information and any questions about the warranty provided by both HiLo and the manufacturer. I test drove the Optima twice and knew that I wanted the car. The Finance Department worked diligently to provide me with the financing that would allow me to make car payments within my budget. One of the reasons I returned to HiLo was the "no haggle" price of the car and the generous trade-in value. The overall experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend HiLo to my friends!
