My experience at Family MRI was phenomenal! It is, by far, the lovliest medical facility in Frederick! I also now realize it is the ONLY true Open machine in the area! I've been to "open mri of frederick"- it is NOT open at all...it's a tube! Also, the staff at Family MRI is amazing- they do treat you like family! I heartily recommend them- and they told me they are expanding soon to also have x-ray, ct scan ultrasound and MRI too! I will go there for all my needs!

My husband used Family MRI in Sept 2011; we were both impressed. I have a lot of special needs, so when I needed another MRI last week, I went there. I was treated with more caring and professionalism than in many places. I would recommend this place to anyone!! The entire staff cares about each patient and attached family. I was able to complete my MRI in record time, because they made me so comfortable in spite of my needs. When the issue of my adhesive allergy came up, we were able to get around it using paper tape, and the tech was kind to scrub any residue off my back with my alcohol for me. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with Family MRI!!

I was unable to complete the MRI last evening unfortunately because of extreme and unexpected claustrophobia, but the young technician was most helpful, considerate, and accommodating in my addled condition. Both my husband and I were very impressed with the facility, the decor, the staff, etc., and how at ease they made us feel about the situation. I feel sure it was somewhat of a problem for the office as they lost out on a procedure, including a physician who was to be on hand to oversee the injection for contrast, but they never made us feel negligent or unwelcome in any way. We would highly recommend Family MRI to anyone needing their services.

This was my first experience at Family MRI and I have to say, they are very respectful of your time and you as a person. This was the first time in all my years with Doctor Appointments, MRI appointments that an office called to say they were running behind and if I could come later in the day. It was so respectful of my time. How many times do you show up for an appointment and have to wait an hour or longer because they are running behind? I arrived and they were appreciative and apologetic for the delay. Family MRI has given a new meaning to Service. GREAT JOB!
