Someone who rents from you has been waiting at their place since a little after 1:00 pm and found out that their locks have been changed, so of course he cannot get into his mailbox. He saw a mail carrier walking around and the mail carrier said that when everything was done he would be back in one half an hour. The mail carrier must of forgot, because he never came back. We called the postal service and also called Derbyshire apartment helpline number but was told this was not an emergency. The tendent trying to get into his mailbox always has his rent paid in full every month. We think maybe Derbyshire apartments changed the wrong mailbox and now it is such a major inconvenience since now the mail will not be there in 4 days since it is a holiday weekend.
