I rented the party bus from A Touch of Class Limousines to transport the bridal party from the church to the reception and very pleased. I called, made arrangements and made my payment by phone. When we came out of the church the party bus was there waiting for them - just as planned. My daughter and her husband greeted each row of guest after the wedding was over and most of the guest were excited to check out the party bus when leaving the church and heading to the reception. The driver did an outstanding job, very professional, yet he was very fun. The whole bridal party had a great time on the bus and it was a huge hit and one of the most memorable parts of the wedding. I asked my three nephews what was their favorite part of my daughters wedding and they said the party bus and the photo booth!

I prepaid for airport pick-up following a flight from Rome. I had a medical emergency on board and the flight was diverted to Canada to get me to the ER. My husband called their office 3 - 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up but they would not budge on a refund since we did not give them 72-hour notice. No flexibility at all considering the circumstance. They were the only company requiring prepayment of services - a red flag.
