Poor Customer Service‎ I own a Trinity Blast Cabinet and when I needed a part I called custoemr service. They shipped me the wrong part which costed me more for the shipping then the part was worth and refused to credit me for their error. I was told I would have to return the part (which would cost more shipping) and they would not credit me for the shipping on either side. I called my credit card company and they told me that I can not place a claim for this because I did place an order with Trinity, even though they shipped the wrong part. Summary: You can order from them and they can ship you whatever they want and you can't do anything about it.
