If your going to get your beef cut and wrapped there you better tell them you want lean hamburger or your going need a heart doctor! We paid good money for grass fed beef and it was wrapped there and there was so much fat in the hamburger that it was over a inch in the pan and I drained and patted and still more came, I have no idea how I will make a meat loaf! They must not have trimmed anything , just cut the meat off the bones fat and all or added too much but I am very disappointed and will never go back, my friend raised their own and took it there and it's the same way. They need realize we went this route to be healthier. I won't go back.
