The Delsea Football Booster Club would like to thank Delsea Florist for the door prizes they have donated the last few years. Usually around Christmas time we need door prizes for the banquet, and we have recieved some beautiful wreathes with lights as well as other donations. We thanks you. I also have ordered all my flowers for prom for my kids. One year we forgot until it was time to leave for the semi-annual. We walked in, somewhat panicked, and she made the most beautiful bundle right on the spot. It was late in the evening. She also did not charge us anything extra. She has my business. I called asking for flowers to be delivered to the Veterans Cemetary on a cold, windy and rainy day. I asked for the flowers to be left at the office. The person I spoke with told me that rarely do cemetarys allow for dropoffs. Usually the florist needs to place the arrangements at the gravesite. I myself have never been to this cemetary, but my father goes twice a day-every day and knows the people who take care of the site (he visits them almost every day). I received a call while I was at lunch stating that when the delivery person got to the cemetary, there was no office they could see. A second call told me that the delivery person found my mothers site and left the flowers there. I appreciate their caring and help. This was the anniversary of her death, and it meant alot for someone to take the time.
