i.e., A local favoOnce again Ewald shows poor customer service. I was bring in my Jeep for a redo of the undercating which was peeling on Tuesday. I called on Wed/Thurs when I received a recall notice and asked if the recall part can be installed and done on the same day. No problem they said, not an issue. Yeah today I was informed (once I called to see if my Jeep was ready for pick-up) that the recall parts are on back order and I will have to bring my Jeep in another day. Great. Because I have all the time in the world to be dropping off my Jeep the whole day and then pick it back up. From start to finaish I have had nothing but problems with this dealership. I will NEVER buy a car from them again, recommand this dealership to ANYONE. I so much HATE this dealership. It is by far the worse dealership I have ever come across and how they stay in business is beyond me. rite, or highly recommended because
