I've been to this place twice! & the nail tech Michael is very rude! I was waiting for him to do me a full set and he walked to the clip board and saw my name but continued to walk away. Anothet time me and my cousin came he did the same exact thing, although that time I asked him was he still doing nails he acted like he couldn't hear me. I asked again and again he acted as if he didn't hear me. So my cousin and I left. I would not suggest anyone goes here!

I had been going to this salon for many years and had no problems.I'm usually on my phone playing a game till its my turn.I would normally wait for the technician named Lynn to be free. But on a Saturday I went and I didn't have my phone with me I sat watched and listened.. The lady sitting beside me was saying she would never come here again..I asked her why and she said just keep listening and see how different he treats the white women when they come in verses the black ones.And by the way the woman sitting next to me was a middle aged white woman.And you could clearly see how he greets every white women and doesn't do the same to every black woman..His table is at the front door so he see everyone first plus he's the owner. In this day and age you want to think that people are not that blaten with their rudeness and disrespect. The final straw for me was when I walked in and he was at the desk I spoke 3 times and he did not acknowledge me until prompted in Vietnamese. I walked out!

Will not ever go again! I've been there numerous of times and I guess he is the own or in charge but he's rude and seem not 2 like blacks.My money spends just like anyone else I'll take my money somewhere else where you get treated with respect!

I have been going there for years and have never been treated with anything but respect and kindness. My nails are always nicely done and so is my pedicure. I would recommend them any time.

I think these people are exaggerating especially the review about appreciating white customers. I'm going to be brutally honest if you're a ghetto black girl yes they look at you weird and act different EVERY nail place I've been to has been they way. I am black and EVERYTIME I come in I'm greeted and assisted fast. Every seat in the waiting area can be full I come in before I even sign my name they ask am I coming to get my eyebrows touched up I say yes they tell me come back. Ahead of every white or black person. Lynn is my favorite she's considerate and ALWAYS does a nice job. Just be respectful and patient I promise they'll treat you like they treat me. Don't be high maintenance geesh that's probably why your nails don't look right. I've been going here for 2 years now

This business appears to only appreciate white clients. I have noticed on one other occasion that whenever a white person arrives, they are greeted and readily assisted. However, black clients are not treated in the same manner. When I brought this to Lynn's attention, she contradicted that statement. When I pointed out how one worker had just greeted a white lady, then look at and put his head down when a black woman came in, she remarked that it was "in my head." I will never support this business again because I realize that they DO NOT appreciate my business, just my money.

When they did my nails I made a mark asked her nicely to do a touch up gave me rude look

This business is rude and if you call for an appt. or to speak to a certain rep. or leave a message, they will hang up on you. Do not go to this rude place ever!!!

Don't go here EVER! I had to leave with crooked nails that felt like sandpaper! They said they would fix then and then the technician walked out and wouldn't! The owner refused to refund my money.
