General Info

I'm a committed listener and learner that works as a coach, mediator, teacher, and writer. In all of these spaces I try to help others find clarity, resolve conflict, embrace creativity, and work collaboratively. I have over 25 years of teaching, conflict resolution, and coaching experience, 15 years experience in leading small and large organizations. I've also earned a masters degree in organizational development and a doctorate in hospitality with a emphasis on exurban living and it's impact on personal and communal growth. I've completed my Tennessee Rule 31 Mediators training and do mediation work with families, churches, and organizations. I'm passionate about helping others navigate moments of holding on, letting go, and soaring as they focus on becoming all that they were created to be.
