- Child AbuseMy heart for social justice was truly ignited when I went on staff with Youth With a Mission San Francisco. For over two years, on a daily basis, I was up close and personal with the poor and homeless. My personal street ministry no doubt fueled my desire to further my education and ultimately for three years I worked with the Tennessee Department of Children's Services acting as a Child Abuse Investigator. Today I am a mother of three (Cash, Ford & Finley) and wife to Sloan. At Waterford Law and The Waterford Foundation, I am given the freedom to use my gifts and passion and act primarily in the role of Client Coordinator and Assistant to the Founder.

- Trusts“ It has been a pleasure relying on Kurt & Brent and their team for their advice and counsel. We would recommend creating the Living Trust as the foundation to any basic estate plan.
- Tax LawHow do we plan for the “unexpected”, the “unforeseen”? Waterford offers a comprehensive approach in the areas of litigation, wealth preservation, estate planning, business and tax planning, and asset protection. When the inevitable conflict arises, consideration is given not only in how to navigate the difficult waters of litigation, but also to seek more desirable and sensible alternatives such as mediation, arbitration and reconciliation.
