Stitcher's Garden has tons of beautiful fabric. Unfortunately it is so jumbled up that finding what you want is next to impossible. I am new to quilting and needed some help. Forget It! You are not going to get help there. I am really shocked the woman is still in business because she is totally rude.

Stitcher's Garden is far from being a fabric paradise. Although the fabric selection is fabulous, you have to wade through disorganization and clutter. The fabrics are not displayed in a pretty manner, and no one on the staff will help you find anything, either. The bolts of fabric are stacked in front of one another. You have to wade through rows to get to what you want to see in the back. The staff is cold and uncaring. They are not helpful or even hospitable. The atmosphere is so drab that it is depressing. The disorganization made me uncomfortable. I would not advise anyone to go there if a warm atmosphere and beauty are what you're seeking. There are other shops much more inviting and cheerful than this one. Don't waste your time AND money on a place that doesn't care about their customers. Read the other reviews. There isn't a good review to be found on this store. I'll never go there again.

Unfortunately the owner is rude and has ZERO customer service skills! I have been in several times and the owner is always there and is always unfriendly to the point of being rude. I also called today to see if she had a certain fabric and she told me I would have to come in since the type of fabric I was asking about was at the back of the store and she was not walking back there since she was in the front of the store!

Best Quilt Shop in Middle Tennessee Area. Has most anything you cannot find anywhere else. Well worth the trip to Franklin and the new location.
