- SinusitisChronic sinusitis can impair breathing, reduce your sense of smell, and cause facial pressure. All of which can impact our exercise, sleep, and overall well being. Some people experience problems but can’t find much to alleviate the symptoms. Fortunately, you can find long-term relief through sinus surgery.
- Medical Weight LossSymptoms of dysphagia may include drooling, difficulty swallowing, the sensation of having something stuck in your throat, tightness in the throat or chest, a chronic “lump” in your throat, weight loss caused by inadequate calorie intake, coughing or choking, and vocal changes.
- Primary CareTheir special skills include diagnosing and managing diseases of the sinuses, larynx (voice box), oral cavity, and upper pharynx (mouth and throat), as well as structures of the neck and face. Otolaryngologists diagnose, treat, and manage specialty-specific disorders as well as many primary care problems in both children and adults ( American Academy of Otolaryngology ).
- Ear InfectionsWhether your child suffers from tongue tie, chronic ear infections, tonsillitis, allergies, or hearing loss, we can help. OAT offers a wide range of in-office diagnostic tools and procedures and our board-certified specialists compassionately work with you and your child to find the right course of treatment.
- EndoscopyThere are many ways, but the most common include a nasal endoscopy which requires a thin flexible tube with a camera to be inserted into the sinuses to allow the doctor to see inside. There is also a CT scan which takes images of your sinus and nasal area. They are great at identifying deep inflammation and obstruction. If your ENT suspects allergies are playing a role than an allergy test will be administered to determine the allergen responsible.
- Cancer CareWe are pleased to offer innovative and compassionate allergy treatments, audiological screenings, hearing aid services, cancer care, and general ear, nose, and throat care.
- NeurologyPatients with chronic dizziness and balance problems often avoid normal everyday activities for fear of bringing on an attack of symptoms, which may include disorientation, lack of balance, light-headedness, swaying, or, in the case of vertigo, a spinning sensation that can be accompanied by nausea. This may occur when any part of the human balance system gets off track: the inner ear (vestibular), the eyes (visual) or the body and sense of touch (somatosensory). Because any of these different areas of the body may be involved, our clinic works closely with specialists from physical therapy, audiology, otolaryngology and neurology to identify the source of your balance concerns.
- Mental HealthHearing is one of our fundamental senses and essential for most forms of communication. Hearing loss can affect nearly every aspect of life, from work and school performance to social interactions and mental health. Therefore, maintaining your hearing with custom hearing protection is crucial. That’s why we put together this guide breaking down how you can keep your hearing protected.

- RhinoplastyFor many patients, allergy treatment and antibiotics can control sinusitis; however, for others, surgery may be required. Our highly-qualified ENT surgeons can perform balloon sinuplasty, a minimally-invasive, in-office sinus procedure for patients seeking relief from painful sinus infections. For patients whose breathing problems are caused by the shape of their nose, our physicians can also straighten the wall that runs along the middle of the nose (septoplasty), can decrease the size of the contours on the inside of the nose to improve airflow (turbinate reduction), or can even reposition the bones of the nose to help patients breathe more freely (functional rhinoplasty).
