Womens Group of Franklin is an independent private practice that has been providing medical care to the women of Middle Tennessee since 2001. We passionately care about the health of our patients and strive to give each woman the time and compassion needed to address her specific concerns.We are privileged to deliver babies and perform surgeries at Williamson Medical Center.Leigh S. Redden, M.D. has been practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology since August 2007.Dr. Redden is originally from Middle Tennessee and lives in Franklin with her husband and son. She and her husband are involved in the Heritage Foundation which aims to preserve the history of Franklin. She is involved with her church and community.She is board certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Redden’s practice includes non-complicated and high-risk obstetrics. She also performs a wide range of minimally invasive procedures such as Novasure ablation and Essure permanent birth control as well as laparoscopic hysterectomy.

Honoring a great and intelligent physician is something I take very seiously and do it very seldom! Dr. Redden passionately cares for women through difficult miscarraiges, stillbirths, the inability to conceive OR even those that are fortunate enough given a special gift from God by delivering a healthy baby. I cannot explain the hurt associated with miscarriages and the loss of a child but Dr. Redden has been there to guide me along the way--with knowledge, love, compassion and always telling...
I have seen Dr. Redden in Murfreesboro for two years now. Before I became pregnant, I had yearly check ups with her. Not only is she knowledgeable about what she does, she is the most caring doctor I've ever come in contact with. She always greeted me with a smile, you can tell she takes her "work life" serious and makes a point to focus on her PATIENTS HAPPINESS. She does not discriminate against young moms.
