Bad experience. Took weed eater to be repaired in the fall and paid $65.00 to have it tuned up. Weed eater stayed in garage til couple weeks ago when I filled tank with gas and began trimming. Noticed it was leaking much gas from fuel tank, so emptied gas. Took weed eater to J&H Saturday and was told it was my fault the weed eater leaked gas because I kept fuel in it over the winter (did not) and their work was beyond the 30 day warranty period. Owner was abrupt and rude, zero customer service ability ! Will never go back and would never recommend them. Be careful.

Took over three weeks to diagnose and fix my push mower. They never called me; I had to call them three times to check on status; price went up all three times. Now it rattles and squeaks like a 20 yr old mower. Next time I will just buy a new mower, not worth the frustration.

I read current reviews and chose to believe those with the most years of experience with this company. I took a mower in for service (oil change, replace spark plug, change air filter and sharpen blade) and received a call the following day that it was ready. The mower was returned in excellent condition with all services provided. This is an older, established business but the quality of their product is excellent and the price is a good value.
