Today, our firm provides services for individuals and businesses with a myriad of different, but often interrelated legal needs. Our focus includes real property transactions, zoning and real property development concerns, business formation and general business law matters, estate planning, probate administration, family law and divorce. We represent clients on all sides of these issues in litigation and mediation. Where many law firms boast about the experience they have at trial, how willing they are to litigate and how aggressive they are in court, we apply this same level of expertise and aggressive representation outside the court room, because we appreciate the reality that if a client's situation reaches the court room, control of the outcome is removed from the client and rests with the judge and/or jury. While we know this is unavoidable in some cases, we also realize that mediation and negotiation of disputes often can prevent costly, unpleasant and time consuming litigation.
