About 3 hours later I got a text saying Redeliver the package and then it dawned on me that was my delivery attempt. I called customer care and all they could say was that the driver thought it was a 2 flat. I live in a single family home with one outside front door. There are two mailboxes because my landlord has her own mail box. The mailboxes are clearly labeled with are names. If the deliver driver would have exited the truck to attempt to deliver my package he would have seen the names. Ups was no help. I missed work to get my package. Now they want to redeliver I don't have time there is no one at my home to get package and I asked for a deliver time UPS Manager in Franklin Park said thetre is no designated time. avorite, or highly recommended because
