I woke up this morning it was very hot in my house we had no air conditioning. I called freedom heating and cooling that I was referred by a friend. The girl that answered the phone was very polite and pleasant. She took down all my information and told me that she would call me back as soon as she get's a hold of a technician. I got a call back from her and she told me that a technician will be by my house by noon. The technician was very helpful and explain the different products that they carry and what can meet to my budget.Also the technician worked very clean in the area that he was working.He knew all the answers to my questions that I ask them. Once my new air conditioning was installed he explain the system to me also told me to feel free to call the office anytime for any questions or concerns about the new system that was installed. I came home from work last week and my furnace was making a lot of noise. I looked for a company nearby and found Freedom Heating in Franklin Park.I spoke with Pete,and he sent a repairman right away. His name was Rick he was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had about my furnace. Since the repair my furnace is quiet and running smooth. Highly recommend A+!
