Whatever you do , DO NOT move to 68 Lancaster St Franklin NH. This is the worst sh*t hole you can imagine. The management is dumb as a box of rocks, and the director of housing is the biggest , useless b*tch if you even think about complaining to the about anything that is not done. The units are severely undersized. Appliances are not working well, the drains do not drain, the tap water occasionally comes out dark brown for hours. The director has systematically placed a garbage hoarder in each building and has caused the remainder of the normal tenants to live in hell. Those "special people" get special privileges of breaking every single line item on the lease without any consequences- garage piled up, traffic in and out, noise, druggie, consistently violating the rights of all others etc . One star is too much for the mistake of moving here.
