The Guest House is a 3BR/2BA home, propitiously located in the Iotla Valley of Franklin, NC in the Smoky Mountains. Situated on 23 acres of private property, The Guest House provides breath taking long and short range views of the surrounding mountains. Overlooking the dogwood trees, beautiful forest, singing birds and sun kissed pastures, wake up to crisp clean mountain air filled with the sounds of nature. At night, gaze at a sky full of stars that city dwellers never see. God's glorious creation at its finest awaits you here. Dogwood Ridge is secluded, yet conveniently located and easily accessible - only 10 minutes from downtown Franklin, North Carolina, the gem capital of the world.We live next door to our rental in the main house on the property, but we are committed to your privacy and peaceful vacation. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our guests' needs. Since we are local, we can deal with our guests directly, but unless you need us we will leave you to enjoy yourselves. We want you to feel that this is your home away from home. We invite you to come, be our guest and share in the beauty of the mountains with us!
