We ate at the Taco Bell in Franklin NC and the man at the register, we think his name was Mark, was one of the most polite and nice fast food employee we've ever encountered. There was a blond short haired lady working in the back who brought up our food and called our number was ine of the most hateful fast food employees we've ever encountered. She just kinda shoved / threw our food toward us with an ugly look on her face and turned away as if in disgust without saying anything to us. She also seemed to be complaining or fussing at other employees in the back in view of us customers and it seemed quite unprofessional. Also our children's nacho bell grande had so little cheese they would not eat it, but we didnt want to complain because the lady seemed so sour we didnt want to get anyone yelled at. Hire more folks like the nice man at the register and maybe keep the crabby lady out of public view.
